Welcome to TIRUPATI BEST CABS & TRAVELS. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be made in advance via phone, WhatsApp, or website
- Booking will be confirmed only after receiving an advance payment
- Customers must provide accurate details such as name, contact number, pickup location, and travel dates
2. Payment Policy
- A partial advance is required to confirm the booking
- The remaining amount must be paid before or at the start of the trip
- Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or cash (as agreed)
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation must be informed at least 24 hours before the journey
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing
- No refund will be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows
4. Refund Policy
- Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method or as agreed
5. Travel & Itinerary
- Travel will be conducted as per the selected package (1 Day, 2 Days, or 3 Days)
- Any changes requested during the trip may incur additional charges
- Delays due to traffic, weather, or temple crowd are beyond our control
6. Pickup & Drop
- Pickup and drop will be provided as per the selected package
- Customers must be ready at the scheduled pickup time
- Waiting charges may apply for delays from the customer side
7. Vehicle Usage
- Vehicles will be provided based on group size and package
- Extra usage (time/distance) beyond the agreed itinerary will be charged additionally
- Customers must maintain cleanliness and avoid damage to the vehicle
8. Driver & Conduct
- Drivers are experienced and follow safety guidelines
- Customers are expected to behave respectfully with drivers
- Misconduct may result in termination of the trip without refund
9. Darshan & Temple Visits
- We assist with transportation for temple visits
- Darshan tickets must be arranged by the customer unless specified
- Darshan timing depends on temple authorities and crowd conditions
10. Liability
- TIRUPATI BEST CABS & TRAVELS is not responsible for:
- Loss of personal belongings
- Delays due to external factors
- Natural calamities or government restrictions
11. Agreement
- By booking our services, you agree to all the above terms
- These terms may be updated without prior notice
