Refund & Cancellation Policy

At TIRUPATI BEST CABS & TRAVELS, we strive to offer reliable and hassle-free travel services. Please review our cancellation and refund terms before confirming your booking.


1. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings are confirmed only after receiving an advance payment
  • The advance amount ensures vehicle reservation and travel planning

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be made via phone or WhatsApp
  • 24 hours or more before journey: Eligible for partial refund (after deduction of service charges)
  • Less than 24 hours before journey: No refund will be provided
  • No-show: No refund under any circumstances

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only for eligible cancellations
  • The refund amount may vary depending on the time of cancellation
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited via the original payment method or as mutually agreed

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is allowed based on vehicle availability
  • Requests must be made at least 24 hours before the journey
  • Last-minute changes may not be accommodated

5. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be provided in the following cases:

  • Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours)
  • No-show by the customer
  • Unused services after the trip has started
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or temple crowd

6. Cancellation by Company

  • In rare cases where TIRUPATI BEST CABS & TRAVELS cancels the booking:
    • Customers will receive a full refund, or
    • Option to reschedule the trip

7. Agreement

  • By booking with us, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • The company reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice
