1. Booking Confirmation
- All bookings are confirmed only after receiving an advance payment
- The advance amount ensures vehicle reservation and travel planning
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made via phone or WhatsApp
- 24 hours or more before journey: Eligible for partial refund (after deduction of service charges)
- Less than 24 hours before journey: No refund will be provided
- No-show: No refund under any circumstances
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only for eligible cancellations
- The refund amount may vary depending on the time of cancellation
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited via the original payment method or as mutually agreed
4. Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling is allowed based on vehicle availability
- Requests must be made at least 24 hours before the journey
- Last-minute changes may not be accommodated
5. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
- Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours)
- No-show by the customer
- Unused services after the trip has started
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or temple crowd
6. Cancellation by Company
- In rare cases where TIRUPATI BEST CABS & TRAVELS cancels the booking:
- Customers will receive a full refund, or
- Option to reschedule the trip
7. Agreement
- By booking with us, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy
- The company reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice
